These Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments and treatments booked with GM Priceless Beauty (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Appointments
Appointments can be booked through our website, online booking system, social media, telephone, message or other booking channels provided by GM Priceless Beauty.
An appointment is confirmed once the required booking deposit has been paid.
Please ensure that the contact details provided when making a booking are accurate.
- Booking Deposit
A £40 deposit is required to secure an appointment, unless otherwise stated.
The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment price.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Where at least 48 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment, subject to availability.
Where an appointment is cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit may be retained to compensate for the appointment time reserved.
Nothing in this policy affects any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
- Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened. If there is insufficient time to perform the treatment safely and properly, the appointment may need to be rearranged.
- Cancellations and No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment without contacting us, this will be treated as a missed appointment.
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in future appointments requiring a higher payment or full payment in advance.
- Consultation and Treatment Suitability
Certain treatments require a consultation and/or suitability assessment before treatment.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information about relevant medical conditions, allergies, medication, pregnancy, skin conditions, previous treatments and any other circumstances that may affect treatment.
GM Priceless Beauty reserves the right to postpone or decline a treatment where proceeding may reasonably be considered unsafe or inappropriate.
- Micropigmentation
Micropigmentation is a cosmetic procedure and results vary from person to person.
Results may be affected by skin type, skin condition, lifestyle, skincare products, sun exposure, medication, healing and adherence to aftercare instructions.
A colour or shape cannot be guaranteed to heal identically to a reference photograph or previous treatment.
A retouch appointment may be recommended depending on the treatment and individual results. Any retouch included in a particular treatment package will be stated at the time of booking.
- Laser Tattoo and Cosmetic Pigment Removal
Laser removal treatments are subject to an individual consultation and assessment.
The number of treatments required varies between individuals and depends on factors including the type, colour, depth and age of the pigment, skin characteristics, previous treatments and individual healing response.
GM Priceless Beauty does not guarantee a specific number of sessions or a particular final result.
Appropriate pre-treatment information, contraindication checks and aftercare instructions will be provided.
- Other Beauty Treatments
Treatments such as brow styling, brow tinting, brow lamination, lash lamination, waxing, carbon peel and other services are subject to individual suitability and the relevant treatment instructions.
Where a patch test is required, treatment will not be carried out without the required patch test being completed within the appropriate timeframe.
- Aftercare
Clients will receive relevant aftercare advice following treatments.
Clients are responsible for following the recommended aftercare instructions.
If you experience an unexpected reaction or have concerns following treatment, please contact GM Priceless Beauty as soon as possible.
- Before and After Photographs
Photographs may be taken for treatment records with the client’s permission.
Separate permission will be requested before photographs are used for marketing, social media, website content or other promotional purposes.
- Prices and Payment
Current treatment prices are displayed on our website, booking system or communicated to the client before treatment.
Prices may change from time to time.
Payment methods accepted may include card, cash, bank transfer or other payment methods made available by GM Priceless Beauty.
- Promotional Offers
Promotional offers and discounts may be subject to additional terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
– provide accurate information during consultation;
– inform us of any relevant changes to their health, medication or circumstances;
– follow pre-treatment and aftercare instructions;
– attend appointments on time; and
– follow reasonable safety instructions provided by GM Priceless Beauty.
- Our Responsibilities
GM Priceless Beauty will provide treatments with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
- Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, work with you to find a reasonable resolution.
